Rates apply to reservations made before May 1, 2017 only. Rates do not apply to Weekends, Holidays, Conventions or Travel Agents and are subject to change at any time depending upon availability. Minimum stays may apply.
To reserve, please telephone before sending a deposit. Deposits are required on all reservations with personal check, bank or postal money order in US dollars. Personal checks accepted only if received 3 weeks in advance. Return checks are subject to $30 processing fee.
A minimum of two nights or 30% is required on all reservations; some reservations may require additional deposits. Deposits are non-transferable and are applied to the last nights of your stay. Deposits must be received within 7-10 days of making the reservation (less in-season) or the reservation is considered void.
The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. Any changes that are made in the dates or number of nights is considered a new reservation, therefore cancellation fees may apply to the previous reservation/deposit.
Balance is due upon arrival in cash, travelers' checks, certified check, money order in US dollars or credit card. NO personal checks are accepted at check-in. Confirmed reservations will be held until 6:00pm unless notified of late check-in.
Advance reservations are accepted with room type, number of adults and children and dates clearly stated. Any changes or misrepresentation upon arrival VOIDS the entire reservation without refund. Maximum occupancies apply. Rate is based on number of persons occupying room and is subject to State and local taxes. Guests who wish to invite visitors to spend days or nights must request and register through the office. Guests may not exceed the maximum number of people listed for the accommodation. Guest fees will apply.
Reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, and causes and conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for event and special package changes or failure of others to perform.
Room preferences are accepted, however, rooms are guaranteed by room type only and not by specific room or floor. During the high season, check-in may be delayed 1 to 2 hours due to high occupancy.
Credit card authorization in the amount of $100 per room REQUIRED upon check in (see our non-smoking policy). If you choose to use a debit card, please refer to your bank for authorization policies. Check-in is not possible without a valid credit card.
Cancellation Policies: NO refund for any reason, including but not limited to, early checkout and no shows. Exception: in case of cancellation we will refund 70% of your deposit if notified more than 21 days before the arrival date. No refunds after check-in. In season, some reservations are only taken when paid in full for no refund - please make sure you understand the cancellation policy for your reservation.
Non-Smoking Policy: We are a 100% SMOKE FREE establishment in all guest rooms. Guests who smoke may do so outside in designated areas only. All guests are required to sign a non-smoking agreement upon check-in stating that there will be no smoking inside the rooms. This policy is strictly enforced and requires a credit card authorization upon check in. This credit card authorization may also be applied to incidentals during your stay. Credit card authorization in the amount of $100 per room REQUIRED upon check in.
General Policies: ONE free parking space per unit in our lot only. No parking for visitors. No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or water guns allowed in the building. No pets. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially in the pool area.
